Submit a patient referral through our guided diagnostic intake form. Provide clinical context and patient details in a simple, step-by-step process.

Contact
Our sleep specialists reach out to the patient directly to schedule their home sleep test and answer any questions they may have.

Test
The patient completes a simple, non-invasive home sleep test over five nights in the comfort of their own bedroom.

Certified Scoring
Each study is scored by a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).

Report
We send a comprehensive diagnostic report back to your practice.
